Q5: Can I get a sample?

Sure, If you need a sample, pls tell me your spec need, or tell me your LED light info, and then we will recommend a suitable LED driver with a good price, after confirming the details, we will arrange the samples for you to test. Welcome sample order to test and check quality.

Q6: How to place an order?

You can get a quote and support by contacting a sales representative through our website.

Q7: Is it OK to print my logo on LED driver & light product and use my package and trademark?

Yes. Normally we offer white inner box and carton box. Using your design is ok. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design first based on our sample.

Q8: What kind of payment we accept?

We accept payment be sent via T/T, L/C, Trade Assurance, WESTERN UNION, and PAYPAL.

Q9: Does your company accept OEM&ODM?

A: Yes, welcome OEM&ODM.

Q10: What's the normal lead time?

3-5 working days for samples, 15-20 working days for mass production.

Q11: What logistics services do you provide?
